1.2 These terms and conditions (Terms), together with the other documents referred to in clause 1.7 below, govern the basis on which we provide access to our studio, Classes (as defined below) and fitness services (Services). Please read these Terms carefully before you start using our Services.

1.3 If you use our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the Services. If you do anything in breach of these Terms we may terminate your account and right to receive our Services.
